By placing an order with us you agree to our return policy. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and email us at shop@shiningstyle.us where we will provide you with a return slip and the address to mail your return to if eligible.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return if eligible.

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. Shining Style reserve the right to return the item back to you.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note - All items bought with store credit, vouchers, codes and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
