Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. As we are a small company all non-faulty returns i.e. size too small or prefer a different color are ineligible for a refund. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to products being damaged i.e. ripped/torn material, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and email us at shop@shiningstyle.us where we will provide you with a return slip and the address to mail your return to.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
